The support is offered throughout the whole process and well into the future; in fact we are still supporting products that are continuing to work in the field installed in the 1980’s! Fairford has authorised service departments in many countries who will service a specific area of the world, supported from the main service department in the UK we are offer fast turnaround in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.
